Each shoe order is made with love by a member of our trusty staff, using our patented process at our retail store in the heart of Venice Beach, CA. They can take around 3 business days to be made before we ship them to your front door, wherever that may be... Please note that because these shoes are made custom per order, there are NO returns or exchanges on any orders. International Orders generally take 3-5 weeks to arrive depending where the location is.
