When the "House M.D." actress married actor David Cross, 48, on October 6, she arrived at the ceremony in a red canoe. Clutching a yellow bouquet, Tamblyn, 29, was escorted by her father, actor Russ Tamblyn — and they were both barefoot for their walk down the aisle.

I keep seeing this photo popping up on various sites with the label "Russ Tamblyn, Richard Beymer & Natalie Wood".

Anyone with decent vision can clearly tell that that is most certainly not Russ Tamblyn, it doesn't even look remotely like him. It's Tommy Abbott who played Gee-Tar :

and this - obviously- is Russ :

Interview: Actor Russ Tamblyn Tells Classic Hollywood Stories
by PatrickMcD
CHICAGO – Russ Tamblyn has seen it all. In a show business career that is now over 60 years old, he has gone from child star (”Father of the Bride”) to Oscar nominee (”Peyton Place”) to classic role (”West Side Story”) and cult hero (”Twin Peaks”). With a span like that, he has collected a few stories.
Tamblyn made an appearance in Chicago in 2010 at the Hollywood Palms in Naperville, Illinois, and did an interview with HollywoodChicago.com regarding the 50th Anniversary of the film “West Side Story.” After talking about that experience, he began to reminisce about his other career adventures. In a talk that lasted close to an hour, he spoke about the transition from child to adult star, encounters with Elvis Presley and adventures with rocker Neil Young, director David Lynch and actor Glenn Ford.

Interviews: Stars of ‘West Side Story’ on its 50th Anniversary
By PATRICK McDONALD
Senior Staff Writer
HollywoodChicago.com
CHICAGO – The legend of the 1961 film version of the Broadway sensation “West Side Story” grows as the years go by. Who better to remember that legend 50 years later than three of the stars of that Academy Award winning Best Picture – Rita Moreno (Anita), George Chakiris (Bernardo) and Russ Tamblyn (Riff).
The film version of “West Side Story” had it all. There was controversy – star Natalie Wood (Maria) was neither Puerto Rican nor sang her own songs. There was art – the classic, unforgettable songs of Leonard Bernstein and Stephen Sondheim, plus the athletic and graceful choreography of Jerome Robbins. And finally, there were the awards. TEN Oscars including Best Supporting nods for both Moreno and Chakiris, in addition to the first shared Best Director award for Robbins and co-director Robert Wise.
HollywoodChicago.com got the privilege last year of interviewing three of the main stars of West Side Story – Rita Moreno, George Chakiris and Russ Tambyn – as they reminisced on their participation in one of the most iconic movie musicals ever put to screen. The good, the bad and the ugly came out of these sessions, in accordance with the hindsight and perspective of 50 years.

LIFE celebrates 'West Side Story's 50th anniversary with never-before-seen photos of Natalie Wood
by Jeff Labrecque
Fifty years ago today, West Side Story opened in theaters and became an instant global sensation. Adapted from Arthur Laurents and Jerome Robbins’ 1957 Broadway musical — a modern, urban twist of Shakespeare’s Romeo & Juliet — the film entranced audiences with its acrobatic choreography, finger-snapping songs, and heartbreaking tragedy. To commemorate the occasion, LIFE.com is currently showcasing a look back at the iconic film and a gallery of never-before-seen photos of Natalie Wood, who won the role of the innocent Puerto Rican girl in love with her brother’s sworn enemy only after Audrey Hepburn declined due to her pregnancy.
By the time 23-year-old Wood landed the role of Maria, she was already an established Hollywood veteran, a former child star (Miracle on 34th Street) who’d made the leap to more mature roles (Rebel Without a Cause). Though she wasn’t nominated for an Oscar for her role in West Side Story — her singing was dubbed by Marni Nixon and she instead received a Best Actress nod for the same year’s Splendor in the Grass, opposite Warren Beatty — the musical won 10 Academy Awards, including Best Picture. (Wood lost to Sophia Loren, who took home the trophy for Two Women.)
Wood had an allure — her Hollywood romances are nearly as renowned as her movies — that matched her extraordinary talent. Before she turned 25, she had collected three Academy Award nominations. But it’s West Side Story that most movie fans think of when they look back on her tragically abbreviated career: her white dress at the dance when she first meets Tony, her girlish delight in “feeling pretty,” and her ultimate fury at the childish men who cost her true love. And those eyes — her mesmerizing, doe-like eyes. Shakespeare could have written about them.
