Every weekend I watch the old version of The Outer Limits on THIS TV. Imagine my surprise this morning when both episodes had a strong West Side Story connection! Since the entire series is available legally on Hulu.com, I decided to provide links in case anyone wants to see.

Gah, I have been so muddled the past week. Crystal's and my tribute website to Simon Oakland opened last Sunday (on what would have been his 96th birthday), but I was unable to start the promotional efforts as soon as I wanted.

First, and I hope it's alright to post this, rose_of_pollux and I have been working on a project for a while now. It will be fully ready to go public at the end of the month, but in the meantime we have decided to let part of it appear now. It may have some interest to fellow West Side Story fans, as it's a tribute to Simon Oakland, our Lieutenant Schrank. We plan to discuss Simon in general as well to muse on the characters he played.
